Jaleann is a persuasive high-impact communicator, servant leader, mentor, and Agile Strategic Healthcare Business Analyst. As a former board member – VP of Membership for International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in Greater Atlanta, Jaleann was instrumental in partnering with the VP of Professional Development in securing the first-time award for best professional development for business analysts in the world. Jaleann is fully capable of leading businesses to turn-around for better outcomes regarding performance management systems. She spends her laser focus energy assessing WHAT problem needs to be solved and WHY is it important to the business. Her technical acumen allows her to shepherd the potential of technical resources and leverage knowledge capital of technology assets.

Jaleann has spoken at many professional organizations including: Project Management Institute (PMI) Atlanta (Healthcare Forum)Georgia Health Information Management Association (GHIMA), Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Phi Beta Lambda, Project World & World Congress for Business Analysts, IIBA Greater AtlantaIIBA Birmingham Alabama. She has worked with the following companies in healthcare (Payor, Payvider, Provider) market segments including: Medical Card System, Humana, Aetna, WellPoint (Anthem), Kaiser Permanente, Emory Healthcare, WellStar Health System and Norton Healthcare (Norton Cancer Institute - NCI NCCCP). Jaleann is also an active Board Member at Business Case Institute a global organization specialized in tools/techniques to promote business value of technology assets.

Her specialty is in enterprise business systems analysis and reporting/BI analytics to facilitate decision-making and drive solutioning of complex business problems.

Jaleann is also a published researcher in Cancer Prevention for a project funded by National Cancer Institute (NCI) in the National Community Cancer Center Program (NCCCP) where she has created a logistic regression model to identify population characteristics of patients receiving a contra lateral mastectomy prior to standard of care establishment for BCRA gene screening/testing. She is an active member of Toastmasters International with a speech portfolio of 75+ unique topics drafted, crafted, and delivered business presentations since 2011. She has achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) the highest achievement in the educational program (only 1% of Toastmasters in the world engage in the full program experience).
