Director of Presentations:

Tracey Thomas

My corporate background began before the 2008 recession. I worked in the Mortgage Industry where I worked as a Loan Officer then a Loan Processor with underwriting privileges for over seven years. Since that time, I have re-invented myself and I am now a Jr. Business Analyst. I discovered Business Analysis while I was in college and since then I have been in love with Business Analysis.

I started taking on projects while working as an executive assistant. Then I began working as a freelance consultant for small businesses. Later on, I interned at the Dept. of Aviation at Hartsfield Jackson Airport. While there, I fast tracked the Maintenance Director's major systems and inventory initiative.

Now, I'm working as an Administrative Analyst at Jet Linx where I am developing new processes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

I have experience leading teams and working with diverse groups of people. My specialties are Elicitation, Business Requirements, Use Cases, User Stories, Project Coordination, Report Analysis, Dashboard Management, and Project Scope.
