Focus on 'big impact' situations: cutting costs by up to 40%, raising revenues by 10%, increasing compliance by a factor of 9x, increasing inventory turns by 10%, reducing markdowns 5%, etc.

. Manage both small teams and large staffs (45 people, budget of $20 million).
. Ability to see the big picture and work with business leaders to find creative solutions to problems.
. Process creation & improvement a specialty: Six Sigma Black Belt, plus extensive experience with Lean process implementation
. Extensive experience with business startups, turnarounds, and new programs.

Robin Bond

Robin Bond is a Finance/Accounting professional with IT Functional experience. Detail-oriented with a focus on analysis and providing information as the basis for decision making. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain focused on deadlines in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Sydelle Jacobs

Sydelle brings 7 years of experience with business analysis where she has served as the business analyst for 5 years and is currently supporting 3 agile teams. Sydelle also has16 years of customer service and payment processing in the insurance industry. Sydelle has a passion for process improvements and implementing new technologies and processes that will improve the customer experience.  Sydelle holds a Lean Green Belt Six Sigma Certification from The Quality Group and is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Columbus State University. 

Sydelle is active in the business analysis community through her membership in the IIBA® Greater Atlanta Chapter. She was also instrumental in piloting the inaugural Virtual Membership program for the Greater Atlanta chapter.

Shelbia King

Shelbia is a seasoned IT professional with an innate ability to bridge the divide between business needs and IT capabilities. I am adept at assessing and understanding the client’s needs while collaborating internally with IT resources to manage the value stream and transforming the stakeholders’ needs into tangible IT solutions. Demonstrated ability to facilitate end-to-end project engagement, through collaboration with the project team & complete projects that are positively received by clients. My background in application development allows me to serve as an effective translator between IT and functional business groups.
