Peter DiAngelo

Peter DiAngelo, PMP, Lead Business System Analyst at UPS, IT professional in project management and business analysis for 23 years, worked for recognized companies such as UPS, Delta Airlines, and The Weather Channel. Peter participated in modeling and implementing transformation efforts at UPS Mail Technologies and UPS Supply Chain Solutions. He is, also, the former editor of UPS BA Newsletter. Currently, the Global PMO & Planning Team Lead for UPS Supply Chain IT Portfolio - he advises PMs across portfolios on best practices and tools. Peter has provided guidance on BA and PM curriculum development for University of Georgia’s Terry School of Business.

Joseph Michael

Joseph is an independent Agile Coach focusing on Agile Design of IOT business cases.

He has successfully formulated and executed IOT design programs and is currently with a startup, where he is responsible for the design and architecture of digital solutions to turn data into insights. His IOT expertise includes embedded design solutions that deliver valuable customer UX, creating proof points and aligning product management capabilities.

Prior to his current role, Joseph was the Technology Manager for Mesh Engineering & Manufacturing, an Industrial Engineering firm where he managed all aspects of IT. As The Internet of Things is experiencing exponential growth fueled by several factors, Joseph has specialized in all things agile and design of IOT business cases.


VP Marketing and Communications:


Tom Wardlow

Tom Wardlow is an independent information technology consultant.  The breadth of his 30 year career allows him to create, simplify, improve, and decommission applications across multiple operating systems and programming languages.  His Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence continues to pay dividends in emerging technologies.  He is happy in information technology and receives great satisfaction teaching and mentoring systems analysis.  Along with individual mentoring, he has taught systems analysis, programming, and introduction to information systems at DeVry  University, University of Phoenix, and Georgia State University.
His interest and capability are strongest in modeling, decomposition of process and data, then reassembling applications in pursuit of “better, cheaper, faster”.   Eclectic in his choice of methodology, he believes systems development can be fully elaborated as, “stakeholders’ needs are satisfied with outcomes produced when systems use, modify, or consume inputs.”

Deepak Tiwari

Deepak Tiwari is a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. He is a Practice Lead in the BPM Centre of Excellence within the Financial Service office. His team constitutes of Business Analysts, Architects and Process Consultants. As a Lead Business Analyst and Engagement Lead he has done several large scale BPM implementations for leading Banking organizations. Deepak’s experience in Business Analysis also covers organizations in Australia and India where his career started.

In addition to IIBA, Deepak is an active member of other professional organizations like Project Management Institute, Association of Business Process Management Professionals and The Open Group. 
Deepak is passionate about building teams. During his career he has transformed many of his colleagues, team members and others interested into accomplished Business Analysts. He is a leader and mentor who evaluates his success by the overall success of his team.

Deepak attended the CBAP boot camp at IIBA® Greater Atlanta Chapter in early 2014 and subsequently gained his CBAP. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Kurukshetra University, India.

Jonathan Babcock

Jonathan Babcock is a Senior Manager at Jabian Consulting, an Atlanta based management and IT consultancy. His areas of expertise include business analysis, process optimization, and solution delivery methodology. 

Jonathan has over 15 years' experience delivering business solutions as a consultant and in industry, and has found his professional passion in helping organizations and individuals to define and realize their goals. He enjoys meeting and interacting with business analysis professionals and is an active participant in the broader business analysis community through speaking and writing engagements, his Practical Analyst website (, and on social media (Twitter handle @jonbab1). Jonathan is active in the local business analysis community through his membership in the Greater Atlanta Chapter of IIBA® where he currently serves as the VP of Professional Development.


Director of Digital Media:

Steven Cahill

Steven Cahill is currently a Business Analyst with CRIF Lending Solutions. In his time there he has worked on a variety of projects ranging from regulatory to UX.

After graduating from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, with a degree in Management with an emphasis in Information Systems, Steven has spent most of his time working in the financial services sector holding jobs in Insurance, Credit Cards and now Loan Origination software.

In 2010 Steven was able to check a big accomplishment off his bucket list when he received an MBA from the University of Georgia. The next career oriented goal he has his sights set on is to become a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®).

Steven is stepping into the Director of Digital Media role after serving as a webmaster for the IIBA GAC since November 2015.

Sanidia (Sandy) Lynch

Sanidia Lynch, who goes by Sandy, is currently a Senior Business Analyst at Cox Automotive.  Working as a Business Analyst for 12+ years, Sandy has experience in the Telecomminications, Financial, Government and most recently, the Automotive industries.  In addition to business analysis, Sandy has served in project/team leadership, quality assurance, user experience, training and application support roles.

Sandy graduated from Howard University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and is pursuing a Master of Information Systems Management with a specializaiton in IT Organizational Management and Leadership.

Sandy is passionate about her career and the Business Analysis community which has lead her to serve as Director of Presentations for the Greater Atlanta Chapter of IIBA®

Amruta Giri

Amruta Giri is a T-shaped professional who have served businesses to identify areas of opportunities and maximize those through innovation and technology. Being flexible and adaptable to the situation, she also have had experience in putting on Quality Assurance, Project Manager, and/or Scrum Master hat whenever required for project's successful implementation. So far, she has experience in Healthcare, Property & Casualty insurance, Annuities and Finance industries. Currently, she is also working in Public Sector, helping Georgia - Department of Education to build systems for Counselors, Teachers and Students.

Amruta holds BS degree in Actuarial Science and Masters in Business Administration.  She loves to interact with other professionals with similar interests and learn about their experiences and share hers. She is actively engaged with professional organization such as Project Management Institute (PMI) and International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Being with IIBA Greater Atlanta Chapter, she was encouraged to successfully earn her Certification of Capabilities in Business Analysis (CCBA) certification. Thus, she loves to get involved in volunteer opportunities at IIBA Greater Atlanta Chapter which allow her to help other professionals and pay back to the community.


Amruta likes to spend time with her family and friends. She loves to dance, paint, craft and learn new things in her spare time.
