Deonte brings a unique blend of operational excellence, strategic leadership, and cross-sector experience to our team. With over 14 years of proven results in business operations, procurement, and enterprise transformation, Deonte is passionate about driving clarity and operational value.
Why Deonte Stands Out:
- Former VP of Business Operations at Mythics, LLC, where he led enterprise-wide process improvement and strategic alignment
- Held key roles at NASA Langley Research Center and the City of Chesapeake, managing large-scale IT procurements and complex negotiations
- Proud U.S. Navy veteran, served as a Cryptologic Technician First Class, leading with discipline and service
- Holds a Master of Strategic Leadership Development and is pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership focused on Change Management
