Mo is a seasoned IT and business analysis leader with 15+ years of experience in enterprise solution delivery. She brings deep domain expertise in banking and finance, with a focus on compliance, risk management, financial crimes, and enterprise payments.

Her notable projects include leading a multi-million-dollar digital transformation at Royal Bank of Canada and contributing to one of the largest banking mergers in U.S. history at Truist.

Mo holds a diploma in Computer Science from the University of Lagos and studied Business Management at the London School of Business. She is also a Certified SAFe Agilist and passionate about continuous improvement and mentoring future leaders.
Kelly Jackson Kelly Jackson – Assistant Vice President, Data and Analytics at Principal Financial Group
Kelly leads the Benefits and Protection Data and Analytics teams, bringing 25 years of experience in software engineering, business analysis, data architecture, and analytics—including 15+ years in leadership roles.

She previously held leadership positions at Farmers Mutual Hail and Sammons Financial Group, where she led software and data engineering teams.

Kelly holds a Bachelor's in International Business and Computer Science from Northwest Missouri State University and an MBA from Drake University. She lives in Clive, Iowa, with her husband and two children.

With over 25 years of IT experience across industries like accounting, healthcare, finance, education, and more, Edward is recognized for his strategic thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and strong business acumen.

He holds an MBA with a double major in Computer Information Systems and International Business, a BS in Computer Science, and a CBAP certification from IIBA.

As a dedicated member of the IIBA Greater Atlanta Chapter, Edward has served as a mentor since 2013 and became Program Director in 2021.
