Often when people consider user experience or creating great user experiences they visualize two main personalities. Either the very ambitious product owner who wants to change the world or visual designers who are already talented graphic artists. As an analyst, you may believe that you don’t have the entrepreneurial ambition or creative genius to be a great user experience designer. The goal of this session is to prove you wrong. This workshop will walk through techniques you can implement at every step from the conception of a new project or product to its eventual design and implementation that will lead to a better user experience.
