Key to successful Remote meetings
The corona virus has forced all of us into a new world. Particularly as BAs -- whose function relies so heavily on interacting with both single individuals and groups -- doing our job in a 'remote world' raises both new challenges and opportunities.
In this Special Event, Steve Kraus will share some of the best practices for holding & managing remote meetings, especially where strong participation is needed (e.g., facilitation sessions). Specific topics will include: ·
- The fundamental differences between an 'in person' and 'remote' meeting -- including way a remote meeting can be better than in person ·
- What to do before a meeting to ensure your meeting off to a good start -- preparation is key! ·
- What to do during a meeting to ensure that your audience is engaged · What to do after a meeting to ensure everyone gets the most value from the time invested
Steve Kraus has 20+ years experience 'bridging the gap' between business strategy and technology, helping to translate business needs into meaningful initiatives.
