Every business analysis project involves stakeholders. They come with the turf and can either be of big help, get in the way, or both. How you work with them will make a difference. Ron Sarazin will share eight tools to help you navigate through identifying who the stakeholders are and how they relate to your work, how to engage with them effectively, and how to monitor and update your relationship with them as your project evolves.

Presenter:
Ron Sarazin is the president of Olympic Performance, Inc., and has completed hundreds of engagements with organizations ranging from broadband technology to government. He is also adjunct at Portland State University Center for Executive and Professional Education. He specializes in project management, business analysis, visual management, customer service, strategic planning, and executive coaching. His experience as a business leader and corporate officer includes work with the Aluminum Company of America, PACCAR, Portland General Electric, and Mutual Health Systems, Inc. (aka Gentle Dental).
Ron is passionate about helping managers and leaders make a difference for their organization and their careers. Ron earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University and has completed advanced training at the University of Idaho and Stanford University. He has successfully been examined as an ISO 9000 lead auditor and in February 2019, Oregon State University inducted Ron into the Academy of Distinguished Engineers.
